The project “MInimizing CROssborder water contamination of microPLASTICS– MICROPLASTICS”, successfully implemented by Fund for European Affairs and Development of the AP Vojvodina in partnership with the Institute of Public Health of Vojvodina, the Insistute of Public Health of Sombor, University of Novi Sad, the University of Public Service from Budapest (headquartered in Baja), has been awarded the DKMT Excellence Award (Danube-Cris-Mures-Tisa Regional Cooperation).
We are proud that our project has been recognized as a key initiative in advancing environmental protection by identifying sources of pollution and implementing pilot activities within the aquatic ecosystem of the cross-border region between Backa and Bacs-Kiskun County.
The project is supported by the Interreg VI-A IPA Hungary–Serbia Programme 2021–2027.
